How Anshira's agent handles your datain plain words
This is what happens to what you tell Anshira's agent when you build a proof plan. It describes how the agent is built. If anything here stops being true, we change this page the same day.
The short version
- What you paste, and what we read from your website, is read once and not saved. It goes to a model to fill in your plan, then it's gone. Neither is stored in our database or in any log.
- Your answers and your plan are deleted within 24 hours, unless you choose Keep for 30 days or Share with Anshira.
- Keeping your plan for 30 days is your choice, and so is taking it back. Sign in again with the same email and you pick up where you left off, for as long as the plan is kept.
- Every change to your plan is written down, so you can put a line back or go back to an earlier version. It holds what each line said, who changed it and when, and never what you pasted.
- If you share, a founder may contact you. We keep a shared plan until 90 days after we last spoke, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Anshira's public record holds counts, never content. For example "a plan was finished". No names, no emails, no text.
- Learning from your plan is a separate box, and optional. Ticking it never shares your name, and sharing never ticks it.
What we store, where, for how long, and who sees it
When you ask it to read your website
- It reads only the website of your own email's domain. You can't point it at another address. A personal address (Gmail, say) has no company website, so nothing is read for it.
- Over https only, up to 3 pages and 1 MB in all, once per session.
- It refuses private and internal addresses, and it stops if a page sends it to another company's site.
- The pages are turned into plain text in memory, read once, and thrown away.
If a founder prepared a plan for you
Sometimes a founder prepares a proof plan for a company from the founder's own notes about its business, before that company has used the agent. It's built from what the notes say about the company's agent and its customers, and the checks that follow. Making the review link also writes the plan into Anshira's call-request sheet as an internal note, like any note a founder takes about a prospect. While the founder works on it, the prepared plan is kept for up to 24 hours; once the founder makes your review link it is kept for up to 14 days so you can review it, and then deleted if you haven't opened it. You see it first through a link, and nothing is shared on your behalf. Confirming it is your choice to share it, and from then on it is a normal shared plan.
Limits that protect everyone
Each session has a limit on how much it can read and how long it can run, and there is a daily limit on what Anshira's agent can spend. If a conversation keeps drifting away from your plan, the agent steers it back, and after the third time it pauses the session so it doesn't go in circles. Your plan so far stays on screen to download or delete. These limits count what happens, not what you wrote.
How to delete it
- Now, in the agent: use "Delete this session now", on the plan screen or after a session has paused, or Delete beside a plan in Your plans. Your answers, plan and history are removed from our database straight away.
- Anything you shared: write to hello@tryanshira.com from the address you used and ask us to delete it. A founder will confirm when it's done. This also covers the copy in our sheet and inbox.
- Do nothing: an unshared plan is deleted within 24 hours, or after the 30 days if you chose Keep for 30 days.
